I dont like getting railroad in to see nothing whe I definitely see it and all your so called expert that are not present and that the adjuster wouldn't even look at what I am see at the angle that see the damage and the two missed orders that they as a body shop should have seen as they check it in to cost me extra day because of there not checking when they order and receive the parts and when I pick it up the 2 adjuster saw what I saw then the recanted so they would not have to fix there mistake so I am not happy and think that I should be compensated for the exter half day for my in convenience a 100.oo dollar refund would be a good gester on you part not happy and I would not ever indores you to anybody and I went with you on a recommendation form my insurance and I was going to go to a Gmail deal to have it done so that's my bad never again if I live that long and have another fender bender not your shop people were friendly but think they know and see what they see not knowing that I was a metal finisher at R.A.Jones and finish micro finish for milk industry and stainless grain finish no dips just surface so I am not someone that has no knowledge of finish work and you made me feel like I didn't see or know what I was talking about have a nice day send refund

Very Satisfied with the quality of the work completed for my vehicle. I was also kept informed every week on each step of the work, holidays did create some delays but that is expected. Caliber made sure to let me know about delays as they came up.
