As you are aware, parts delays by Chevrolet resulted in a 3 month, 1 week repair duration. Far too much effort on my part was required to facilitate the process.

I do believe that the team tried to expedite the repair. I was never informed that my advisor (Josh Kieler) was replaced. Only after inquiring about the timeline was I told that Scott Montgomery had taken over. I have a longstanding relationship with Green Chevrolet, resulting in a situation where I receive very good responses to my inquiries. Caliber involved Mills Chevrolet, did this result in further delays as they have no relationship at stake with the s?
