After my June 24, 2026 accident, I chose Caliber Collision to repair my 2019 Hyundai Kona SEL AWD, and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, Cassadie Perkins and Krysten made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. They were always professional, compassionate, and willing to answer my questions throughout the entire repair process. After everything I went through dealing with the insurance company and the unexpected delays, having a team that genuinely cared about both my vehicle and my experience meant a lot. The damage to my Kona ended up being more extensive than originally expected. As repairs progressed, additional damage was discovered, and certain sections of the vehicle even had to be carefully pulled back into specification to ensure everything aligned correctly. Rather than taking shortcuts, the technicians took the time to repair my vehicle properly. When I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely blown away. The paint matched perfectly, the body lines were flawless, and every panel fit exactly as it should. If I hadn’t known the vehicle had been involved in a collision, I never would have guessed. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and it’s clear the technicians take tremendous pride in their work. Throughout the process, Cassadie Perkins and Krysten kept me informed, communicated openly, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Even when the repair timeline changed because additional damage was uncovered, they remained transparent and focused on making sure the job was done right instead of simply getting the vehicle out the door. After weeks of dealing with the aftermath of the accident, Caliber Collision gave me confidence that my vehicle was being repaired to the highest standard. Their professionalism, customer service, and quality of workmanship turned one of the most frustrating experiences into a positive one.
