Everything was explained very clearly from start to finish. There was great communication from Cassadie the whole time and she was very pleasant to deal with and did not rush me through the initial dropping car off (which is kinda scary to leave your car with anyone). The front of the car looks amazing! It looks better than it did when i first got it, and its so satisfying to know the old crumbling brackets were replaced. Very pleased with the whole experience!

I will definitely tell and have already told, friends and family about Caliber Collision. My dad used to work for Ford Lincoln Mercury (now Coggin Deland) years ago, and would detail the cars after the bodywork was done. I’ll be cleaning my car at his house this weekend and I can’t wait to show him how the frontend looks. He’ll know right away how well it was done.

Everone i spoke to was friendly, easy to deal with and made the process simple. Cassadie was especially helpful, and communicated well throughout the repair, even when waiting for parts to come in. I had every question answered by her, and felt like she was genuine. The perfect balance of personable and professional.

Francisco was great. Delivered my car. Deborah was very nice and kept in communication with me. Top notch. Took a while for repair of vehicle but it had severe damage. Id recommended these guys to anyone.
