Always keeping me advised everyone was very professional and very nice and easy to deal with and the whole experience was fabulous I couldn't ask for any better and also the rental company was fabulous and I thank you so much cuz I work for fire rescue with the county and I'm extremely busy and it just made it so easy and keeping me advised was a wonderful thing

The paint repair was good, minor details missed though. Using the wrong color screws when putting the panels back on, at least match the rest of the vehicle. Both my seat covers are stained, will not wash out. Grease and looks like blood.

I was fortunate to deal with James Allen. Not only was James thoughtful and knowledgeable, but he was polite. I felt very secure in leaving my car in his capable hands. I have James' business card and I will be sure to call him. More employees should have manners and be polite when dealing with customers. Perhaps Employers should teach what Parents should have taught.

It is not a pleasant experience to be in an accident and lose the use of an automobile that you love but Caliber made it the best it could have been. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and I love the messages they send to keep you up to date on the progress. Will definitely recommend Caliber to my friends.
