Good morning! I was very impressed how quickly my car was repaired and how well the job was done. Everyone at Caliber Collison was very professional. I did ask for a separate estimate for a spray over for the hood. I wanted to get it done at the same time. I never received a call. I was not happy with Enterprise car rental. They didnt have a vehicle of choice ready and I was stuck with driving a huge truck. I filled up the vehicle with gas before turning it in and saw on the invoice that they charged me $20.00 for gas as well as charging me for a week. I only had the vehicle for 3 days.

Caliber collision went above and beyond for us. When I realized I had a whole bunch of stuff in my trunk that may be in the way of them repairing my bumper/trunk area. I moved everything into the cab of my car and it was a bit of a mess. I am in no way shape or form upset with having to move my stuff but let me just say that I am honestly so grateful to know that when I got my car back, they put everything that was in the cab of my car, back in my trunk, nice and organized. With the way that caliber handles their parts, I’m impressed. As much as I wanted my car back faster in the timeframe they also made sure 100% that the part that came in for my car was in perfect condition. It came in twice, not in perfect condition and they sent it back, some people might be frustrated from that. I’m impressed, a lot of other shops would’ve taken the part for what it was and just tried to fix it and threw it on my car. Caliber collision did not they made sure my part wasn’t perfect condition. The girl at the front was so sweet, they offered me waters. There is coffee and tea and hot cocoa. It is very accommodating to the people coming and going. Also to find out that caliber collision works with enterprise, is awesome. I was able to be picked up from there taken to enterprise and when we were done with the rental and the repair was finished, we were able to leave our rental there with no worries, knowing that enterprise will come get it. I left my phone mount, and the rental and Deborah was kind enough to help me out. I’ve had my car repaired in the past for a different accident at a different location and let me just say I don’t think anybody has ever gone above and beyond like caliber collision has. Don’t think twice, this place is awesome.

Constantly telling me my cat is ready in the morning ,then by the late afternoon when I am ready to pick it up another text says that it isnt ready. I had to rearrange my schedule at least 5 times due to this issue. Poor /inconsistent communication. Seemed very unprofessional due to multiple communication errors on when they had it completed then later no we dont have the right part along with other issues . Very inconvenient and hard on a working family to make the scheduled times rearranged multiple times. 2/5 satisfaction rsti
