When I initially went in to pick-up my vehicle after being called & told it was ready to be picked-up I found that one of the damaged parts (a wheel rim) had not been repaired. I pointed this out to the Caliber representative who checked with the shop personnel who said they had replaced another wheel rim that was in worse shape than the one I noted had been damaged in the accident. When I asked to see that rim I was told that it had been returned and was thus not any longer on the premises for them to show me. I said this was unacceptable and that I wished for the damaged rim to be replaced. He immediately agreed that would be done and got it taken care of. Though this took another week in the end the repairs that were made look pretty good to my untrained eye and I'm by and large pleased with the work done and would take my vehicles to Caliber if they needed collision repairs again.

I understand they two hail dents were missed, you of the few hundred that were on my vehicle, missing two is a pretty good average. However, when there are multiple scratches on my truck that were NOT there before leaving it there to be fixed, there is a problem Please have a Mgr. Call me.

Tail pipe part was questioned and appeared rough with part serial number visible..a small corner of trim piece on right came unglued upon further inspection at my garage after pick up that morning..had to reglue and set myself -did not bother to call shop on it..rest was no issues
