There were some issues with geico completing the paperwork in a timely manner. This could have created a very painful experience, but the Caliber team was awesome and took great care of me. The young lady working the front desk on Saturdays is awesome. she stayed open an extra couple minutes just to help since geico was late on doing their stuff. So nice!

I am so impressed with the level of service I received. I was informed every step of the way. Everyone was extremely courteous, knowledgable and professional. They even returned my car to me three days earlier than I expected! This was one of the best experiences I have had with car repair... By far. Thank you for making a typically inconvenient experience not so bad after all.

Used wheel bearing that was used to fix my car was bad. Had to go back several times to get screeching scraping sounf diagnosed and problem solved with new wheel bearings.
