Vehicle took over a month to repair whisch was too long. When I picked up car , air bag warning light came on after driving it for 2 miles. I took car back and it is still being worked on

The body work is stellar. However, my car is making a terrible noise that was not present prior to the accident. I brought the car back to Caliber and was told to take it to the dealership. Very unprofessional!

The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time but at every step of the process from initial estimate to picking the car up it seemed that no one could even give me an estimate of how long it might take so I could try and determine my schedule for the week. Unfortunately if you did not talk with your representative the remaining employees could not tell you if it might be ready in an hour, day, or week.
