I can't believe it took over five weeks to fix a bumper -- really -- I was never told it would take five weeks -- I can't believe it took that long to get parts - ridiculous - was there collusion between the insurance company and the repair shop? Didn't they have other cars to work on? Don't you think they might have wanted to get my car out of the shop. I would never recommend this company to anyone -- can't believe it took so long to fix the car.

I thought the repair work was good but I had to return again because they scratched my car - so that need to be fixed. Also, they did a mediocre job washing my car and then the inside driver's side was completely filthy with dirt & dust. I am shocked nobody took the time to look over the vehicle to see that mess which i had to clean up myself.
