Luther made the whole experience really smooth for me. He greeted me when I first got there, and the initial run through was easily. I’m not really a car guy so I appreciated his manner. He also kept me really informed, which I appreciated. Clear communication and a positive attitude! To me that’s what customer service is all about

Most of my interaction was done with Luther, who was really good at his job. Since I'm not much of a car expert, I appreciated how he was able to explain things to me (point #1): what happened to my car, what they were going to do, and what they ultimately did. Second, he kept in touch with me during the time my car was in the shop, which I appreciated being kept in the loop (point #2). These were both important to me and made the whole process much easier.

I am SO GRATEFUL to the team at caliber for getting me back on the road so quickly. This is the first body repair I have ever had to work through as a driver and they made the process so simple and trustworthy. There were multiple updates and they got me back on the road a week earlier than estimated. I will never go anywhere else.
