My car was towed to Caliber for repair, they told me it was a quick and easy fix. Over a month later no updates provided, apparently they shipped my car to another location and that location had no idea what was going on. Almost 6 months later I got my car back with no compensation, no apologies, and the staff ghosted me and my insurance agent 1 month I to this 6 month process for an "easy and quick" fix

I thank you guys for always trying to help me. Look out for have one concern. I wanted you guys to type up a letter. My car was there back in 2024 for a hail damage review BMW had hit my bumper. While in their possession in April prior to you guys fixing it and after you guys did the estimate for me, I had to take it back to them and they tried to blame the bumper on you guys are say whatever. Repairs prior that you did.It was related to you guys so I had asked for a letter for clarification on that matter.So if someone can get that together for me I'd appreciate it
