Poor communication and was told the incorrect thing multiple times including how many parts they were waiting on, the plan for moving forward, and estimated date of pick up.

When picking up our vehicle, it was parked under the carport which was shaded. After viewing the repairs the following day it was very obvious that the repaired portion (paint color) did not match the rest of the vehicle. Very disappointing.
