I want to say thanks to your whole team. It is very rare that you get such excellent excellent customer service they informed me week by week of the status of my truck being fixed the communication was outstanding. The hospitality and kindness was unbelievable. I’m just blown away because you don’t see that much these days at all, Customer service is so important and you guys achieved it. You executed it and implemented it and we and I from my family we appreciate you guys. You guys rock thanks again! An extra thanks to the gentleman that was always communicating with me. I forgot his name, but he’s the one that was on the ball!!

Mike was totally amazing with Customer service. He kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on with my Chevy truck. Terrible experience ! They removed my back lights when they weren’t damaged. And replaced with a cheaper lights . I don’t understand why because I specifically asked not mess with them. And one of the tires get damaged and replaced I ask why just one because is a new car and I understand is not good to replace just one tire they guy said was not his decision was the insurance but I don’t understand why he replaced something that wasn’t needed and not something that was necessary for the mechanical function ( I understand insurance have to pay to fix my car in his original state if the shop find that was needed) …since the tire was damaged because of the accident I don’t have to spend money myself to replace the rest of the tires or at least the set on the back I’m really disappointed with the service and how they take advantage…why the need to remove something that was original and use something that is not ?
