Never will I ever recommend Caliber. I had great success in Oregon but in Colorado it was an extremely bad experience

There was very little communication about progress. They moved my vehicle away from the original shop I left it at. That slowed down the parts order progress which delayed delivery of the final product. They were extremely slow with repairs which meant I had to pay out of pocket for my rental car

I am very disappointed with my experience with Caliber Collision (Green Valley Ranch). I assumed that by using a large company, like this one, I would be able to trust them. I went through the whole repair process only to find out that this location had not only been dishonest with me, but with my insurance as well. I will not be returning here if ever needed in the future.

Overall my experience with Derek is very positive. It did take a bit longer to get my vehicle back than I had expected, but he kept me posted with updates. I will use this Caliber location again if or when I have to. :-) K
