Jesse was very thorough. He walked me through each step of the process when we dropped the car off. He gave me an estimated completion date which was exceeded. The repairs were done very well. He gave very good instructions to my daughter and explained to her why it was important for her to follow the instructions. It was a positive experience working with Jesse.

Caliber made sure to update me on my Jeeps repair daily. I was called and made aware that my Jeep was about to be finished the day before I was able to pick it up. When I picked it up, the Caliber employee took the time to show me the repairs that were made on my vehicle and let me know they will be available if I need anymore assistance. Great customer care and service.

Derek, who oversaw my repair, and the whole staff at the shop, front desk included, were fantastic, personable, and professional. My vehicle looks great, was returned to me in great condition, and I feel supported should any issues arise.
