I had tinted headlights and I specified it wanted my headlights to match after repair. They tinted one headlight and not the other so I now have miss matching headlights and have to now have to inconvenience myself to get the other one done. Seems like it would have been an easy call to make sure they were matched up and completed all at once

I am disgusted with what you did to my truck, and then you did absolutely nothing to fix it after I told you about the problem. My truck is scheduled at another body shop to repair what you did. I will not ever go back to caliber that did good work for us

We were completely ignored about the horrible work you did on my truck. After State Farm contacted you about it, you still didn't reach out to us. Jesse was aware of what the problem was and tried to explain to us why it looked so bad without looking at it.

I’m glad my car was able to be returned in such a nice condition. I was a bit confused by the automated communication system (email and text). Messaging by phone from the mechanics was more accurate and consistent, but would then be contradicted by the automated system. I’m not sure if the main desk phone line was having issues, too, but each call in was very difficult to hear just the front desk receptionist.
