See all previous comments. Owner was supposed to call back to let me know when I can get in to get the ac fixed, never heard back. I'm going back on the 24th for other issues, so I hope they'll address it all at once.

The ac is not working, hood doesn't align with other elements, there's dust or other debris stuck under the paint, hood needs to be repainted, the other element has a rough edge, there were small greasy fingerprints etc all over the car, one stain would not come off, i asked them to wipe it off, the area is now scratched. The car has a smell as if some oil or lubricant got spilled, especially when any air is coming from the vents, there is now also a rattling sound coming from the center console that I've never experienced before.

The front desk lady was very pleasant, but Lonnie is only nice until you don't point out any issues. Once I complained about the work quality, he was giving me issues rescheduling, asking me to call back even though I was at the location, talking to him face to face and he is the one in charge of appointments.
