I can see where they faded the paint since I know the repair was made. Most people won’t notice. But they could have just sprayed the remaining couple of feet of body panel and it would have been not much more expensive.

Very nice facility all the staff answered any questions that I had as it was an anxious time for me after my accident. Lonnie was very helpful and kept me frequently updated on my car's status. 10 outta 10. would recommend

They repaired mostly everything on my vehicle that was wrong with it . I have codes for my abs vlock system pops up i hever had before my hit n run that needs attention.

First, I thank Caliber Collision Staff for walking me through the process of getting my vehicle repaired and for the close communication during the repairs being completed. They also made sure that my day to day car needs were undisturbed by the arrangements of a car for me at drop off and the returning of my car to me when it was completed. The workmanship when completed is remarkable to the eye and a added plus of a vacuum with foot paper on the floors and a wash with shine of the outside was such an added courtesy! In these tough times Caliber Collision made the old school business impression of honest business satisfaction to me and that I really appreciate! I will recommend Caliber Collision to family and friends!

Work was fine but replaced a chrome grille with a black one. Showed me the pictures of broken pieces but appeared to be pictures of the backside of grille, even the back side chrome trim showed black but they didn’t argue that. Not sure what the difference between a chrome and black grille is but I hope it was worth a customer return!
