Steven was very good at communicating and helping me throughout this entire process. He was able to answer and questions I had. They even gave me car a wash after it had been snowing all week. When my rental place messed up my car pick up day they even made sure I was able to get home and didn’t have to wait at the dealership until who knows when. They also made it easy for pick up and drop off time as I work night shift and sometimes my in and out times at work fluctuates.

Lonnie, my service rep. was fantastic. He returned my calls/ questions right away… and I had plenty of questions as we had to wait 4 months for some of the parts for my 2021 Honda Ridgeline.

Very satisfied, the car looks brand new. I would give a 9.999 if that was an option. The only reason I am not giving 10 is because I found a bolt missing connecting the wiper fluid tank to the frame. While this is a small thing it gives me a bit of worry that another thing may have been missed.
