When I dropped the truck off it had about 3/4 of fuel left, when I picked it up it was near empty. Someone had connected their phone to my truck looked like they were driving it for a while. Also asked for deductible payment even though insurance company connected you and no payment was needed from my side. Did okay to clean up the front, the whole back seat was left a mess.

Excellent communication with the entire team from the front receptionist explaining every bit of paperwork to sign to the estimator to the technician unfortunate enough to get stuck answering all my weird and off the wall questions in a way someone who doesn’t know a wrench from a pliers could comprehend.
