All of my radio presets were changed. The radio was playing at ear splitting volume. The driver seat settings were deleted. The engine/off at traffic light setting was turned off. I do not believe all of this was necessary. The work was satisfactory. All the change in settings was very annoying.

Took a little for the front desk to warm up but was very gracious by the end of the time. Also wrote me down initially for the wrong date but corrected it easily. I pray for a good relationship because they are my referral for any work in the future and we have a 2-year protection plan Thank you
