If it were without Jeff, it would be an 8 or 9. The length of time was concerning otherwise 10. In 48 days, between the repair, paint, and dealership my car was worked on 50.9 hours. That’s a little over 1 hour a day. Take out weekends and holidays, it was 33 working days. 1.5242424 hours per day.

Jeff made the whole process nearly unbearable. Chip was great at telling m things. They said they would send me the estimate and pictures throughout the process. Did not ever send one email with either. Jeff would give vague timeframes and didn’t deliver on any of them. The last one being sept 8or 9 then called me on the 10th to tell me it wouldn’t be done. Obviously I gathered it wasn’t done on the 8tb or 9th. That was typical of Jeff’s condescending tone during every interaction.
