The guarantee is great. It's honored anywhere there is a Caliber. That's very comforting.

Below are the reasons it's not a 10: 1- I was not notified that the repair was going to take a couple of days longer than originally quoted 2- there were a few things I was not told about after picking up the car. One was about the computer system. Another was about not washing the car, which sounds minimal but it's significant after a paint job. 3- the door that was repaired was not correctly aligned so the wind noise very loud when in motion. Had to take it back for it to be corrected. Also, one of the headlamps was not working because it was incorrectly reconnected so that had to be corrected as well. The staff was friendly though, which is greatly appreciated!
