service was good and quality work but I am still waiting for a resolution to my hands free system repair.

Vehicle was renovated well but A/C was not working and my hands free system was not working upon return of vehicle. AC fixed and I was told that they would check up on the hands free system with the manufacture. Its been two weeks and no return call.

Everything was great overall but the failure of a return call on the hands free system malfunction left a sour taste in my experience.

Service was great. I was being notified what the status was and the job they did with my car was outstanding. They answered every question I had and helped me throughout this process. I am completely satisfied with Caliber Collision and hopefully not but if I were to get hit again I would totally come back with Caliber Collision.
