definitely feel like the timing should be a lot better and not say it’s going to be done the next day and just has to go to alignment and then almost 4 weeks later it’s getting cleaned. and when we picked it up it wasn’t even cleaned there was dust all over dirty and grim on the floor. just feel like if there was something more wrong we should’ve been i’m formed about it. and on top of that we had the dates changed multiple times feel like we should’ve got a better estimate date.

I was backed into October of 2024 (Leandra Arnold at the time) and you all fixed it good as new then; so after being backed into yet again on July 30th, I knew to bring my van back to you. Once again, good as new. This van might be cursed, so if this happens a third time…I’ll be back.
