Cosmetically, the vehicle looks great. Mechanically, it still has several issues that were not addressed despite numerous times of attempting to get them to even look at it. In general, the experience with personnel was less than to be desired starting with a long debate whether my insurance sent money directly to them or to me personally for some reason. Never in my experience or anyone else I’ve talked to has an insurance company paid the account holder personally instead of the business working on their car…maybe its just coincidence… Then there was the debate of what had been reported to the adjuster and/or what damage was actually done in the reported incident and not having occurred later. I’ll admit I’ve had a few accidents in my time but never have I been basically accused of trying to pull a fast one on a business by trying to get them to fix additonal dings and dents that are supposedly n out related by the amount of rust under the paint? Yes, it was nearly 4 months from the time I had the accident to when Calibers started working on it and Nevermind the fact I received no communication during that entire time until I finally called and was definitely given the impression I was just forgotten about… Despite this, I assure you I did not have further fender benders and tried to pass them off as the original accident as I seemingly had to prove in this. I have been a repeat customer for a decade now but since the changing from Rex’s to Calibers, something has obviously changed. I won’t be back.
