They did a great job - communication was great. The only reason its not a 10 is that when I went to pick up vehicle I was told that my driver side window buttons were not working - I stated they were when I took in vehicle and they said, "no, we noticed they didn't work so we were going to fix that for you but that motor was burnt up - I am sure you know that right? It was that way when we got it." It most certainly was not that way when I took it in. However, a quick google search and I learned that when the battery is pulled the windows have to be reprogramed on my type of vehicle. It was quick and easy to do. So there was never any motor burnt up, it was not that way when I took it in, and I didn't really like that they were trying to pull that over on me and make themselves not liable for it. Other than that the actual work getting done was fine. It hasn't rained yet for me to know if the sunroof won't leak but looks really good so far.
