It was such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. (Which hadn't been the case in a past situation with another company). Caliber kept me updated and we're always very friendly. A special shout out to Lucas who was willing to come in a Sunday so that we could pick up our vehicle before the start of a busy work week. Our car was repaired and looked like new again. I guess I was disappointed when I saw the clips you installed underneath the front fender where they can be seen and also where they will be harder for me to keep clean. Why not have put them underneath where the other one's were? I am picky but wondered why.

There was a scratch and several chips of paint missing on my rear passenger door that was not there before being taken in for repair of hail damage. They have offered to fix the door scheduling a repair.

So far it seems like they did a good job, but the communication was absolutely HORRIBLE. Only time I was contacted by Caliber was to make an appointment and when they told me my vehicle was done. I had to request an estimate THREE times.
