Customer service has been great since the beginning all the way to the end. My Bronco looked great inside and out when I picked it up. I loved being updated daily on progress and everything felt easy and on point getting things set up. The girl answering the phone and working the front desk is great and not just with me. I witnessed her taking care of several other customers and she was very helpful and professional with others even when there were language barriers with one customer. I was really impressed with how they treated the people coming in! 10 out of 10 will recommend to others!

Paint has contaminants under it. Uneven coating, orange peal and fish eyes all over new coating. Scratches all over new and existing paint. Dust residue left all over interior of vehicle. Glue on step rails on vehicle. Hood and cap roof is mounted eneven. Trims not fitted well. Window seals are damaged. Hail dents still on body of vehicle. Can’t say there was any part on the repair that looked good.

I was impressed with the quality of repairs by using PDR. The only complaint was didn’t know I was responsible for deductible until I was at location to pick up truck. Office could’ve informed me when talking to them on phone beforehand.
