Everyone was always very friendly; professional, kind and courteous. Always kept us updated on progress. Consultanted with us before any extra work was needed or done. Hopefully we won't need them again but if something unfortunate happens we need any kind of work done we will 100% return.

The repairs were fine but I found it very frustrating how many times the finish dates changed. It changed three times. I would have rather it said the date it was actually done and then get a call early saying it’s done than be expecting to pick up my car that evening only to be told I have to wait another 3-5 days.

Repairs not made completely. I had two dents in tonneau hardtop cover of pickup bed. Right and left front repair we’re not repair even though I vehicle had obvious damage. I was never called about why repairs were not nade. Requested that work be completed eferred to State Farm. So far that has not happen I will never use your company by again. It has been a disaster for me.
