Repair Quality

When we picked up the truck it looked great. However, after driving it over 200 miles, we opened the hood and found that the cap to the antifreeze was missing. Upon further investigation, we found it setting in the area by the windshield wipers. It is fortunate that it did not fall through and be lost. I would have been more upset if this had happened

Customer Service

The gal at the front desk is amazing! She seems to be on it and all is good! However, I spoke to the person taking care of the claim on two different occasions and he told me that because we had two claims and the hood needed replaced on both that I would not have a deductible. Upon arriving to pick up the truck, I had to pay $500 for the deductible. I was told that he meant I would not have to pay it when they finally fix the hail damage in March 2027.
