Not only easy to communicate but repairs happened faster than expected despite the lot full of cars due to widespread damage in our area. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to serve in their role and took pride in a job well done. There was an additional part needed that came up due to additional damage noted and a separate situation where the manufacturer sent the wrong component but all was quickly communicated and resolved. Thank you to the whole team for all the hard work. Everyone played their part and made this process easy to navigate.

Took my car to Caliber Collision for repairs. They did push back the pickup date a few times, but honestly it was well worth the wait. They fixed everything beautifully and my car looks great. They even cleaned the inside and outside before I picked it up. Overall, they did an amazing job and I’m very happy with the results.
