The detailing after the work was not as good as I remembered when I had work done there before. It looked good in the shop, but when I got home and really looked at the car it looked like it was just ran through the car wash. There was no attention to detail on the inside or outside of the car. I asked them to pop the hood to clean the buffing compound out of the seam when I picked the car up.

It was a fight with the insurance but my Calibers rep Brendon went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. Brendon even returned my van completely cleaned inside and out, even shined up the tires. This was very much appreciated and made my pick up experience that much more nicer!!
