Issue with staff calling insurance company to add fees and extend rental car, when we did not get a rental car. Kept getting asked the same question if this was my insurance or another company and if I had received the insurance check. This left the impression of questionable integrity. I will not return as a customer.

Other than this one thing which I could see being easy to miss unless it's being driven the work done was exceptional.

The body work was perfect as well as most of the wheel work, except the wheel bearing was bad on the impacted wheel. Didn't notice this until I went to take the car on the highway.

They were very helpful. I had to bring the car back to fix the wheel bearing as it was ruined as well and they had no Issue working on the problem.
