Our vehicle's repair work was completed for a week before we were allowed to pick it up. We were told that it was because they were waiting on payment confirmation from the insurance company. We were also told that they additional work wasn't going to begin untill the supplement was approved. I guess the work was completed before it was approved, which left me with the question: What would have happened if the supplement was denied? "But they are always approved," was the response I received. Which leads me to my next question: Why hold my vehicle if they are always approved? I was extremely satisfied with the work and the customer service from Brenden but this policy left a sour taste in my mouth. Our vehicle being held hostage, needlessly, for a week left my wife and myself with out one of our vehicles. For that reason we would have to think hard to decide if Caliber Collision would be the right choice if we need service in the future.
