I don't even know where to start. None of the setbacks during the 11 weeks my car was at Flagstaff Caliber were the fault of any of the staff there. I know Kanyen Kuyper worked very hard for me and my car. I have NO DOUBT that he went to bat for me on several occasions; including finding parts, having my car detailed and making a case for me with upper management. Kanyen gave me more updates on the progress and ETA's than I would ever hope for. Any time there was new or changing information he was immediate with keeping me updated. Most importantly, I ALWAYS knew I mattered to Kanyen and that he genuinely cared about my situation. He was compassionate. THAT matters most. I was never upset with Kanyen but he was very good at listening when I expressed my frustrations. Tanner Hegedus was always so pleasant, professional and interested in helping me during the many times I called asking for Kanyen. When he answered the phone I was confident that Kanyen's voice would be next on the line. I also got to interact with Chris (Service Advisor) on several occasions. His knowledge of the industry helped set my mind at ease during the 11 week wait. I felt like he was honest and sincere. The day I picked up my car I got to spend some time with Dennis, the GM. He made it apparent that my happiness and satisfaction were important to him. I fully believe that everyone involved with my car was doing everything they could (and more) with the tools provided to them by the corporation that is Caliber Collision to get my car back in my hands.

The service was prompt, the work was done well, and the people were incredibly kind—what more could you want? Definitely made an unfortunate situation of having my car hit just a bit better. Highly recommend them!
