caliber collision was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was on a strict timeline to get my truck repaired in time for a Hauling trip to Colorado. They were extremely communicative about timeline and when parts would be in delivered. I had the truck back just over a week after dropping it off! Super happy with my experience here.

Thank you to the staff of Caliber Collision, Flagstaff! Special thanks to Kanyon. He is a professional, knowledgeable, dependable young man. I was very pleased that I was able to receive my truck back before the weekend. Otherwise, I would've had to make a few arrangements between work and transport arrangements and it didn't help that I live a couple hours out from Flagstaff. The plastic pieces are coming off the tailgate and side of truck we discussed replacing them on the estimate and the lining for the tailgate never done like we discussed
