passenger side had bad damage ... hole in the door and rear panel. Deep scratches from front to back. When I picked it up, it looked like it just rolled out of a dealership showroom. Very happy with their work. They were easy to talk to and explained every detail they would be doing to repair my truck.

I couldn’t be happier with the job Caliber Collision did on my truck. They got everything finished sooner than expected, and the quality of the work was fantastic. What really impressed me was the extra effort they put in before giving it back. They washed the truck and cleaned/detailing the inside and out. I definitely wasn’t expecting that, but it was awesome getting my truck back looking like I had just bought it again. Great work, great service, and they went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing body or collision work. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my truck

After getting my truck back, I noticed the sensors had been switched around. I gave them a call, brought the truck in, and they had everything corrected within about 20 minutes—no hassle at all. There was also an issue with my bed cover that may have happened during the repair. I honestly wasn’t expecting or asking them to replace it, but they immediately stepped up and ordered me a brand-new one without any hesitation. The original repair turned out great, the truck was finished sooner than expected, and they even washed and detailed it inside and out before returning it to me. What really stands out, though, is how they handle things after the repair. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but Tyler and his team take responsibility and make things right without giving you the runaround. That kind of customer service is hard to find anymore. I would tell them to avoid caliber collision. And if they absolutely had to use caliber collision I would keep a camera in my vehicle and I would take pictures of my vehicle of my mileage and everything before drop off and on pickup. Because I don't trust this place

Second repair on 4 weeks. This one self financed to avoid a second insurance claim since it was only my car involved. After the repairs, the car looks brand new. Thanks for detailing the both the inside and outside of the car.
