The text alerts were not consistent. At times the messages would say the car was on track to being put back together and on track to be finished, then next message would say a part was still missing. Other times no messages at all.

Front desk person did not send adequate notifications of status of repair. Made excuses for not having updates (“i’ve been out and am behind”, “i haven’t had a chance to send any updates out”) and never apologized for any inconvenience in her part
