Caliber Collision really provided excellent customer service. From setting up the initial quote appointment to the final inspection at pick up, I was treated with polite professionalism. I was very grateful that they handled the communications through the insurance and rental companies and truly, not having to hassle with that was such a relief. I appreciated the frequent updates via text messages and the body work looks amazing! If you’re wondering about how much the little things affect positive experiences, I immediately noticed that not only was the exterior work flawless, the interior had been detailed and freshened. Thank you for that too!

I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the ease of drop off, to the updates along the way, everything has been seamless. I had an issue with the parking sensor after pick up and Wally immediately came to my work, picked the vehicle up, took it back to their shop, found/fixed the issue, and returned it. The cleaned interior was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need those services.
