Very good customer service and a great team overall. My repairs were done efficiently and quickly, and the work met my expectations. The staff was friendly, and any time I had questions, they took the time to explain everything clearly. Kudos to the front desk lady and to Brad S.—they kept me updated throughout the process, and the repairs were completed by the date I was given. My overall experience with Caliber Collision was very good, and having my car cleaned was a nice bonus. However, when I picked up my car, the rear wheel guard clip wasn’t closing properly and there was a visible gap. I showed the photos and explained the issue to the man who originally handled my car, but he refused to help. He kept insisting it was ‘normal’ and that even if the part was reordered, it would be the same. His attitude felt dismissive, and I was disappointed that no one walked me through the car when it was finished—I was simply handed my key. When I later spoke with Brad, he took the time to listen, look at the issue, and help me even though he was busy and about to leave. After about 40 minutes, he fixed everything exactly as expected, proving the other man’s excuses were not accurate. Brad S went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help.
