While it took an extra week for the work to be done versus the original quoted timeline, the staff did a great job on the repair to the side of the truck bed, where the oddball damage, ( which cause the longer than expected repair time), occurred. Maura did a good job keeping me informed as the procedure changed the estimated repair time, and I appreciated the detailing work she had done.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Hardly any wait time before I was outside looking at the damage on my vehicle. Communication with updates was extremely helpful. Also the 1 and only time I called, the phone was answered by the 2nd ring. Love that. The repair on my vehicle is perfect, cant tell it was damaged at some point. Personal touch like washing, cleaning and vacuuming my car was mostly appreciated and very unexpected but very appreciated. Thank you to ALL your team for a job extremely well done.
