You guys did an amazing job on my truck. I will definitely recommend you. Staff is so friendly and helpful. One stop for repairs and for rental, makes it so convenient. I love the updates/progress reports so I’m not left wondering what’s going on. My truck was finished a whole week before the estimated time frame. You guys are definitely the bees knees 😉

I was stunned by a)how fast turnaround time was, b) how frequent updates were, and c) how easy it was to ask questions. The turnaround times were faster by a month+ for any body shops I called in the area. The updates let me know that the 2 week estimate was still accurate and on track which relieves any anxieties about delays. Lastly, every time I called the store, I received very professional attention and had all of my questions answered. Unfortunately, I know I can’t expect this level of customer service in everyday life but you surely have my business and recommendation for life! Please don’t ever lose your integrity, it makes you so unique and pleasant to work with.

I am totally satisfied with the body repair on my car. The customer service was excellent and professional. I am only concerned about an issue with my clock and CD player since getting my car back. Some electronic issue seems to have changed so i can't access the clock. This would not be the work of Calibur but outside source.
