The shop had my vehicle 110 days+/- (underlying damage was major, but never explained clearly). After 1 day of having it back, it seems that the repair is FANTASTIC. But the communication for those nearly 4 months was absolutely hideous...practically non-existent. Information regarding an estimated completion date was not at all accurate until the day I picked it up.

I appreciate the email updates as the repairs were progressing . I was most surprised getting a call stating the car when ready, actually a week ahead of time ! Also ,a very friendly and courteous staff. Thanks for your professional work!

My repair was done earlier than quoted. They made it so easy and I will be going back if I need collision repairs again. I didn’t have to deal with insurance or do anything for my rental car either! Caliber did it all and answered all my questions. I’m thankful for them making something that could have been a headache in to a breeze!

The entire process was easy and I was updated through out the entire repair. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. I hope so don’t need repairs in the future but I would have them work on my stuff again.

They rushed the job and you can tell it was previously damaged. It is not even close to how it looked before it got damaged.

You got it done quickly but you can tell you rushed it. The qtr panel you repaired on the passenger side doesn't match the driver side at all. On the driver side the panels are even and the gap is even. On the side you repaired the qtr panel over hangs the bumper and the panel is damaged so the gap doesn't come close to resembling how it was on the driver side!
