There is some alignment problems with the hood and fender. And the light in the charging door does not come on. These are two things I noticed so far

The car was fixed although it took 3 weeks for a rear view mirror which is what it is. The communication between caliber collision and keeping their customers informed is very poor. I would have had a better experience knowing each set back instead of waiting in the winds not knowing what was going on. Overall the final product is great Honda was fixed to perfection. I do not need a call from caliber collision.

During the repair, customer service was great. They kept in constant contact on the status of the repair. After the repair, we had issues with the alignment that was done at a different company that Caliber took the car to. Caliber failed to keep us informed about what was going on. Had to call multiple times to get a status update. The last time I called they said they were waiting on a response from insurance, and they would call us back. Never heard from them, had to deal with insurance on my own to get the alignment actually done properly at a different company.
