The first time they used a non-factory wheel bearing— which failed immediately. They subsequently replaced it with a genuine Honda part under warranty

Calliber Collision at Broadway kept me consistently updated throughout the entire process. Thanks to Gary, who is a professional. This is UNLIKE the experience I had at Milburn & Herndon, where I initially dropped it off. They do not update, and are very unprofessional. When I dropped off my vehicle with them two years ago, they did not update for OVER 30 days. It was once Enterprise called about returning the rental that I called and learned that previous vehicle was totaled. The person in charge of my vehicle repairs was Victoria and she said it wasn't her responsibility to update me. Another time I took a vehicle there it was splattered with white paint that I could not remove... on a charcoal grey Lexus. They also said it was not their fault. Both claims were handled by AAA and I never received a survey for those. I think AAA needs to be aware of this complete difference.
