My biggest issues was that they moved the from the nearby shop to one that could handle a large vehicle, but when finished I had to go across town to pick it up

My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction. Communication between me and service advisor Andrew was great. Andrew was very professional and courteous, explaining in detail how the repair was conducted. If I need collision repair in the future, but I hope not, I will take my vehicle to Caliber Collision.
