Repair was great. I did have a scratched tint in which I repaired through a tint shop not connected to Caliber. For some reason we were being treated like we were scamming calliber as there were multiple check on addresses and numbers.

Most of the repair was fine, scratched up my tint and then proceeded with some questionable follow ups. For some reason they were REALLY wanting to lookup the tint shop I was working with even after I advised they had just opened up. Felt like we were treated as someone stealing from the company and trying to pocket money even when images of the work being done were sent.

The Customer Service received by Andrew & Angel along with the Receptionist was awesome! 👏 . Unfortunately I am a returning customer with an auto collision repair. From the rental car to the repair i can't tell you what a great experience it was ..im 87 and Gary and the rest of the workers at caliber collision were amazing everything was explained Gary had a lot of patience with this old gal ...i would highly recommend them to anyone thank you
