We had the rear bumper repaired on our work van and could not be happier with the experience. The quality of the work was outstanding and the entire team was incredibly accommodating with our tight work schedule. The general manager, Brian, personally made sure everything was done correctly, quickly, and with high-quality results. The level of customer service we received is honestly something that’s becoming hard to find these days. Professional, efficient, and great communication from start to finish. What a great job on the car, looks like it came right out of the factory. I was a little concerned at first, cause I've was not familiar with Caliber Collision before, but wow I did go to the right place. Everyone was very friendly, and they kept me up to date, on how my car was coming along. They were amazing highly recommend, they updated me with a call every time something was completed. They also went above and beyond by fixing other stuff that wasn’t on my claim. Got my truck back ready for use along with a fresh was wash!

Repairs look nice. Pao, my service advisor at Calibur on Broadway in Fresno, was extremely professional and kept me updated every week. However I cannot say the same for his General Manager. Pao's General Manager that I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. If it were not for him I would be 100% satisfied
