They were thorough in diagnosing the issue, clearly explained what needed to be fixed, updated me daily and completed the work efficiently. My personal experience at Caliber Collision was extremely pleasant. The care given to my car was most professional and meticulous. The rear bumper replacement is beautiful, and the paint match is absolutely perfect. The attention given to extraneous, unrelated to the body damage to my vehicle, that arose was most appreciated. Everyone was professional efficient friendly and knowledgeable. My car looks great, my car was done as promised which is a plus . Not mention the nice waiting room with popcorn water or coffee nice and clean.
