Randy, Steve and Mark did an outstanding job with their customer service, right away helped me get going and got things ironed out for OEM parts. To the guys assembling the front bumper, 2nd year in a row the radiator air guide is TOTALLY LOOSE IN THE ENGINE compartment. I appreciate the help and overall quality work, everything else seems perfect 👌

I’m really satisfied with the recent body repair work I had done at Caliber Collision. The repair itself was excellent, you honestly can’t tell there was ever any damage. They also went the extra mile and washed my car before giving it back to me, which made it look even better.Throughout the whole process, they kept me updated and informed, which I really appreciated. Overall, solid work, great communication, and my car looks like new again.

The people is outstanding, very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job for the most part but I had to bring back the Jeep to the shop to finalize some deffects which they were overlooked and not done well. The replaced border trim didn't fit correctly in one of the sides and the border inside the trim was not sanded nor painted. However, the staff was apologetic and they told me to bring it back and assure me that those deffects will be repair.

Ok first off this is Thomas Iuliucci I own the truck not my ex wife that being said I'm not sure if anyone road tested my truck because truck truck is pulling to the right and the steering wheel is off center plus my front license plate bracket is missing not the tag I had on the front or the surround. I know they were both damaged for a license plate. Bracket was not put back on the front of my vehicle. I'm not upset. I'm sure it was just an oversight, but you guys want me to fill the stairway out and that's what I'm doing. Other than that. Everything on the truck was perfect. I have no other complaints.

They are currently repairing for the 2nd time. After having my vehicle for a couple weeks (partially due to me being out of town) I was so excited to finally get it back. When the advisor pulled it around I could immediately see issues. Tape residue left on the rocker panel trim. Overspray on the wiper cowl, rear windows, B pillar, and C pillar. Fish eye in the paint on the left front fender, rubbing compound left slung from the hood to the rear hatch. Missing clips in the left front fender liner, lose left front lower door body molding, damaged left rear door molding (not from the buzzard who took out my mirror but the person to disassembled it and tried to hide it) and the worst part…. 2 tiny dents that occurred from the mirror breaking off were still clearly visible. All this was noticeable in less than 5 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes for them to “fix” it they burnt through the clear coat and have to refinish once again. Poor repair on the door and zero care for quality at this location. This is a brand new car with 4,000 miles on it. Extremely disappointed in the experience so far with the Gainesville Florida location. IF it is acceptable after they fix it again then I will update accordingly…. Not getting my hopes up here.

The body work was fine, however setting and resetting the completion date was extremely unsettling. I was given a least five different dates. I have also been waiting over a year for a part to be delivered for another vehicle that was serviced at Caliber. I was told that the wrong part was sent after I inquired about the part. Unfortunately, my experience at Caliber has not been the best.
